We are ready to use OMNIVA e-invoice center, to deal electronically with sales- and purchase invoices. E-invoices to your customers will be forwarded over Omniva e-invoice center free of charge. Your company purchase invoices can be sent to Ominva e-invoice center using special email address.

For accounting purposes we use web-based accounting programs, ensuring to our customers possibility, to take part from their company accounting process based on their Viewer`s rights.

Our goal: totally paper-free accounting process for customer.

Accounting Software in use

For accounting purposes we use online-accounting programs, created by Estonian developers. Web-accounting software is stored and accessed online. In case of using cloud accounting software, version upgrades and data backup are managed by the application vendor.

You will receive Viewer`s right for your company, if you wish. Finances.ee team is modern and creative, so if You wish to use some of accounting program modules, we are flexible in cooperation. For example Sales Sub-ledger can be used by Client separately, for issuing invoices. There is plenty of room for development.

Accounting programs environments are multilingual, available additionally to Estonian language also in English language, as minimal.
